Privacy and Data protection (GDPR)

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulations are a replacement for the 1995 Data Protection Directive, which has until now set the minimum standards for processing data in the European Union.  GDPR significantly strengthens a number of rights for individuals and sets out clear guidelines for data processors.
